TOGETHER WE CAN FIGHT FOR MORE.

On 21 February 2023, the Fair Work Commission awarded an interim 15% pay rise for most workers.

But this is only the beginning.
Join us to help fight for a 25% pay rise for all aged care workers.

If you work in aged care, participate in our survey that asks questions on your experiences working in the industry. We must stand together as a show of strength and unity – we want 25%, we want it for all aged care workers, and we want it now!
